What is Alert scheduling?
Alert Scheduling allows you to control when you would like to receive alerts. No alerts will be sent outside of your desired day(s) and time(s) input on that alert.
To schedule the day(s) and time(s) you would like to receive alerts, please follow the directions below.
Therma° App:
1. Open your Therma° App.
2. Click Equipment Details under the sensor that needs alert configuration.
3. Select Alert Configuration.
4. Scroll down to Schedule and select the days and times when you would like to receive alerts.
5. Click Save.
Therma° Web Dashboard:
1. Login to your dashboard.
2. Click on the Equipment Tab and navigate to the location your sensor is at.
3. Select the arrow next to the sensor that needs alert configuration.
4. Click the Pencil Icon next to the sensor.
5. Click the clock icon shown below.
6. Select the days and times when you would like to receive alerts.
