What is a location in the Therma° Dashboard?
A "location" in Therma° refers to any building or facility where you have equipment or spaces intended for monitoring with our solution. These locations are used as a means to further categorize and sort your equipment, ensuring that you can manage your monitoring solution efficiently and effectively.
How to Add a Location
Adding a location to your Therma° account is a simple process, whether you're using the Therma° App or the Therma° Web Dashboard. Below are step-by-step instructions for both methods:
Therma° App:
- Launch the Therma° App on your mobile device. You will start on the "Equipment Tab."
- Look for the "+ plus" icon located at the top of your screen. Tap on it.
- From the options presented, choose "Add Location." This will initiate the location creation process.
- Enter the name of the facility or building where the equipment is located and include the building's address.
- After entering the necessary information, click "Save" to add the location to your account.
Therma° Web Dashboard:
- Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device and log in to your Therma° Web Dashboard account.
- Click on the "Equipment Tab" to access your equipment settings.
- Select the prominent pink "Add Location" button at the top-right corner of your screen.
- Provide the name of the facility or building and its address in the fields provided.
- Click "Save" to add the location to your account.
