The dashboard invitation link isn't working. How do I fix this?

If you are having trouble logging into the dashboard, please try the suggestions below:

- Clear all cache and cookies on the device you are logging in on

- Ensure your device and browser or app is up to date

- Invite the user using SMS instead of email

- Ensure no one else is logged into the dashboard before clicking the link 

- Check the date of the invitation, it may be expired
