Why am I not receiving alerts?

Learn more about why you did not receive an alert you expected.

First, ensure that the alert is turned on and is not scheduled to be off or snoozed.  If you are unsure of how to determine this, checkout this helpful article. ("Link Can I schedule when I receive alerts? here")

Once you have confirmed this in your Dashboard, please ensure the following:


Check your spam or blocked folder in your email inbox. We recommend creating a folder for all Therma° Alerts to funnel into. 

Ensure you have not blocked our alert notification email address. 

Text Message and Phone Call

Check your device settings. If our phone number is blocked, the calls and text messages will not go through. 

Push notification

Check your device settings. Ensure that push notifications are enabled on the Therma° App.
