      What equipment will get installed with my Energy Subscription?

      Once you have reached the installation phase, our technician will install the following hardware: 

      1. TP-Link WiFi Router - install this router inside the manager’s office or wherever the model is located so it can be plugged in using an Ethernet cable
      2. Ecobee3 Lite Thermostat - replace each existing HVAC thermostat with an Ecobee3 Lite thermostat, making sure to implement the same scheduling / set points that were shown on the original thermostat 
      3. Ecobee Smart Sensors for Thermostat - if the HVAC thermostat(s) is located in a different room than the one it controls, pair an Ecobee Smart Sensor to ensure that the thermostat receives accurate temperature readings and regulated the space properly 
      4. Therma° Hub & Temp Sensors - plug the Therma° hub into a wall outlet and install the Therma° sensors inside relevant refrigeration equipment, securing them with zip ties and pressing the ACT button on the bottom of the sensor until it blinks
